Equipment

The demanding schedule and sheer volume of concrete pushed the company to buy another pump, a new 46m. Chavez can look back with pride and say it bet on itself.

What it lacked in equipment at the time, it made up for with its ability to source equipment, its determination, and an old-fashioned 'my word is my word' standard.

Thanks to Schwing America's commitment, the 46m arrived ahead of schedule and ready on day one. Soon after, Chavez supplied the project with a specialty 31m, featuring the industry's only telescopic boom, and a 52m pump.

Chavez Concrete brand started with residential housing and associated a concrete in 1952 before moving to more commercial-based in the 1980s.
The residential division has one crew only but its foreman, Carlos Lima. Carlos has worked for Chavez for over 40 years faithfully!
Carlos has been specializing in residential work exclusively for 30 years. This skill set is why Carlos and Chavez still average double digit jobs consistently, weekly.

Chavez Pumping

About Our Company

Chavez Pumping started as a single 39m pump kept in-house to serve Chavez Concrete Contractors. It quickly became clear that other contractors locally were facing the same concrete-pump service problems. That frustration built our values and launched our rental division. We run pumping the way we run concrete: you're the customer — you tell us when and where. The idea that the pump dictates the contractor's schedule has never sat right with us, and it never will.

We put the contractor first.

What our clients are saying.

"I truly appreciate all of your hard work. All of your operators are professional and hard working. The willingness to work with our crews has made this tough project move much smoother than we expected."
